Nimski Ltd are at the forefront of the specialist industry. We are a working towards being a BBC Preferred Agent and offer casting agents, agencies and Directors unique access to our experienced professional amputee actors. The graphic reality of our amputations translates to stunning results on-screen. These skills also transfers easily to any training exercise.
Our actors use their personal trauma experiences to provide special effects unequaled by actors or dummies; many have a military background and all are disciplined professionals on-set.

Losing limbs through trauma is a unique experience. This, combined with our own internal training and accreditation process ensures that our artists are equipped not only to immerse themselves in character on set but also to operate as a professional within the production and training environments.
We offer creative support, sharing our knowledge of SFX, make-up, prosthetic’s and scenarios – a missing limb is often just the start of your requirement!
We have a large bank of professional amputees, which allows us to offer a multi-level bespoke service, from a single amputee to a mass population, with options to include experienced prosthetic’s and wound making artistes.
The company is run by people that have over ten years experience in casualty simulation industry , we understand our industry, our clients and our artists. We know that working to a deadline is paramount and that reliability is critical.
